How to unlock the Warfarer Vocation in Dragon’s Dogma 2
The DIY melee class can be a tricky one to come across
To switch up your playstyle in Dragon’s Dogma 2, you might want to learn how to unlock the Warfarer Vocation before you run out of monsters to fight. It’s one of the hybrid classes available to the Arisen only, allowing you to mix and match select skills from a bunch of other Vocations to essentially tailor-make your own.
Being a relatively late-game unlock in Dragon’s Dogma 2, it’s worth picking up a few other pointers along the way. To help pass the time without spending a fortune, learn how to get your own home. And if you’re yet to attend the Masquerade, you’ll want to know how to get the fancy clothes needed to enter, too.
How to unlock the Warfarer Vocation in Dragon’s Dogma 2
Unlocking the Warfarer means heading to the very south of the Dragon’s Dogma 2 map. It’s a long road, and entering the region of Battahl is only the start of it.
There are two ways to go about reaching the necessary area. If you’ve progressed the story far enough, you should be able to take the eastern route out of Bakbattahl, which takes you down a path all the way there.
If not, you’ll need to head southeast from the same to take the long route, eventually coming up on the Volcanic Island Camp via the southwest. It’s a dangerous road, but it can get you one of the best classes in the game a little earlier in the story.
Once you’ve reached the town, you need to find Lamond. Look for a steam bath and you should spot him. Complete his request to unlock the Arisen-exclusive Warfarer Vocation.
